Max Rogers CEO
Max has been President/CEO at HFI, Operating Partner at Michigan Capital Partners, President/CEO at Grupo Antolin, VP of Consumer Electronics Business Unit at Delphi, and an independent consultant.
Prior to those positions he was with Delphi and TRW Automotive in positions of increasing responsibility including Director roles in Customer Development, Business Development, and Sales & Marketing.
He has significant background in P&L positions, strategic planning, and M&A. Additionally, Max began his career as a pilot in the US Navy and as a carrier-based Naval Aviator and Test Pilot.
Max earned his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Michigan and his MS degree in Aerospace Systems from The University of Tennessee. He also holds an MBA from Michigan State University.
Max lives in Clarkston Michigan with his wife Amy, and they have five adult children. He enjoys golf, flying and remodeling homes.

Colin is a charismatic leader with strong marketing & sales skills combined with strategy and supply chain experience.
